With traditional providers
failing to support businesses in the region, FNA recognised
instantly the benefits that businesses would gain from
having Broadband services and agreed to champion the project.
Through a variety of interventions FNA were able to guide
Steve Redford and his team in meeting the right people
and in making appropriate connections and decisions.
"The real benefit from working with FNA is in the
fact that they know what they are talking about. We need
a partner who understands the technology we are dealing
with and with their experience in the IT industry we could
not get better than FNA. If we ask a question, they always
come back with the right answer," says Steve Redford.
The Broadband project has the capacity to support thousands
of users in the region from sole traders up to corporate
giants like Cadburys. The cost savings and increase
in efficiency is set to give businesses in the region
a head start on their competitors and Xtranet
Solutions believe this project could be the start
of something big - thanks to help from FNA, it should
go on to be even bigger.
