development and realisation of business data processing
applications. Each of the Company's hundreds of customers
receives individual care and attention to ensure the appropriate
application is designed and installed.
Fairburn Nicholson Associates were called in to work
on a year-long project to implement an integrated financial
package, IS Finacc, on a pan-European basis within one
of Infosoft's
clients.
FNA's project management and advisory role required
them to maintain consistency in the way the system was
installed in the different company locations, identify
and deal with organizational issues, ensure that the
system was installed in a new location each month whilst
complying with local and group regulations and regularly
report on progress to the group Information Communications
Technology (ICT) manager.
