FNA designed a work practice and billing system that suited Capespan and took account of multiple on-site days, remote working and travel costs. FNA soon realised that the client needed key support for the IS Manager to allow him to operate at an optimum performance level, something that Capespan's IS Manager, Trevor Hanna appreciated. "It's very difficult to get good project management, especially when you are looking for the right mix of commercial experience and technical knowledge.
